Managing Your Subscription

Manage all aspects of your Feedy McFeed Feed subscription from the billing settings.

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select Billing tab
  3. View subscription details

See your active plan:

  • Plan name (Free, Starter, Growth, Pro)
  • Monthly price
  • Renewal date
  • Status
  • Products: Used / Limit
  • Feeds: Used / Limit
  • AI Credits: Remaining / Monthly
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Invoice History
  3. See all past charges

Each invoice shows:

  • Date
  • Amount
  • Plan
  • Status (Paid, Pending)

Click any invoice to:

  • View details
  • Download PDF
  • Print for records

Feedy McFeed Feed billing goes through Shopify:

  • On your Shopify invoice
  • Under “Apps” section
  • Combined with other app charges

For detailed billing info:

  1. Go to Shopify Admin
  2. Settings > Billing
  3. View all charges including Feedy McFeed Feed

Payment methods are managed in Shopify:

  1. Go to Shopify Admin
  2. Settings > Billing
  3. Update payment method
  4. Applies to all Shopify app charges

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until end of billing period

You can resubscribe anytime:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Choose plan
  3. Subscribe
  4. Access restored immediately

Consider:

  • Download any data you need
  • Your feeds will stop working
  • Platforms won’t receive updates
  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Apps
  2. Find Feedy McFeed Feed
  3. Click Uninstall
  4. Confirm

After uninstall:

  • Data kept for 30 days
  • Reinstall within 30 days to restore
  • After 30 days: Data deleted

Monthly on your subscription start date.

Contact support for refund requests. Refunds evaluated case-by-case.

If you changed plans, you may see prorated charges. Contact support if unexpected.

Billing emails go to your Shopify account email. Update in Shopify settings.

Yes. All payments processed through Shopify’s secure billing system.
