Managing Your Subscription
Manage all aspects of your Feedy McFeed Feed subscription from the billing settings.
Accessing Billing Settings
Section titled “Accessing Billing Settings”- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select Billing tab
- View subscription details
Viewing Your Subscription
Section titled “Viewing Your Subscription”Current Plan
Section titled “Current Plan”See your active plan:
- Plan name (Free, Starter, Growth, Pro)
- Monthly price
- Renewal date
- Status
Usage Overview
Section titled “Usage Overview”- Products: Used / Limit
- Feeds: Used / Limit
- AI Credits: Remaining / Monthly
Invoice History
Section titled “Invoice History”Viewing Invoices
Section titled “Viewing Invoices”- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Invoice History
- See all past charges
Invoice Details
Section titled “Invoice Details”Each invoice shows:
- Date
- Amount
- Plan
- Status (Paid, Pending)
Downloading Invoices
Section titled “Downloading Invoices”Click any invoice to:
- View details
- Download PDF
- Print for records
Billing Through Shopify
Section titled “Billing Through Shopify”Feedy McFeed Feed billing goes through Shopify:
Where Charges Appear
Section titled “Where Charges Appear”- On your Shopify invoice
- Under “Apps” section
- Combined with other app charges
Shopify Billing Portal
Section titled “Shopify Billing Portal”For detailed billing info:
- Go to Shopify Admin
- Settings > Billing
- View all charges including Feedy McFeed Feed
Updating Payment Method
Section titled “Updating Payment Method”Payment methods are managed in Shopify:
- Go to Shopify Admin
- Settings > Billing
- Update payment method
- Applies to all Shopify app charges
Changing Plans
Section titled “Changing Plans”Upgrade
Section titled “Upgrade”Downgrade
Section titled “Downgrade”Canceling Your Subscription
Section titled “Canceling Your Subscription”How to Cancel
Section titled “How to Cancel”- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
What Happens
Section titled “What Happens”| Aspect | After Cancellation |

Resubscribing
Section titled “Resubscribing”You can resubscribe anytime:
- Go to Billing
- Choose plan
- Subscribe
- Access restored immediately
Uninstalling the App
Section titled “Uninstalling the App”Before Uninstalling
Section titled “Before Uninstalling”Consider:
- Download any data you need
- Your feeds will stop working
- Platforms won’t receive updates
Uninstall Process
Section titled “Uninstall Process”- Go to Shopify Admin > Apps
- Find Feedy McFeed Feed
- Click Uninstall
- Confirm
Data Retention
Section titled “Data Retention”After uninstall:
- Data kept for 30 days
- Reinstall within 30 days to restore
- After 30 days: Data deleted
Billing FAQ
Section titled “Billing FAQ”When am I charged?
Section titled “When am I charged?”Monthly on your subscription start date.
Can I get a refund?
Section titled “Can I get a refund?”Contact support for refund requests. Refunds evaluated case-by-case.
Why was I charged twice?
Section titled “Why was I charged twice?”If you changed plans, you may see prorated charges. Contact support if unexpected.
How do I update my email for receipts?
Section titled “How do I update my email for receipts?”Billing emails go to your Shopify account email. Update in Shopify settings.
Is my payment information secure?
Section titled “Is my payment information secure?”Yes. All payments processed through Shopify’s secure billing system.
