How does Feedy McFeed Feed work?
Section titled “How does Feedy McFeed Feed work?”Feedy McFeed Feed syncs your Shopify products, lets you customize feed data, and generates XML/CSV/TSV files that advertising platforms can fetch. It also includes AI optimization and validation features.
What platforms does Feedy McFeed Feed support?

Is Feedy McFeed Feed different from Shopify’s built-in features?

How often does my feed update?
Section titled “How often does my feed update?”You control update frequency. Options range from every hour to every 24 hours. You can also trigger manual updates anytime.
Can I have multiple feeds?
Section titled “Can I have multiple feeds?”Yes. The number of feeds depends on your plan:
- Free: 1 feed
- Starter: 3 feeds
- Growth: 10 feeds
- Pro: Unlimited
What formats are supported?
Section titled “What formats are supported?”- XML (most flexible)
- TSV (Google’s recommended)
- CSV (common for Facebook, TikTok)
Where is my feed hosted?
Section titled “Where is my feed hosted?”Feedy McFeed Feed hosts your feed on our servers. You get a unique URL that platforms fetch from.
Products
Section titled “Products”Why aren’t all my products in the feed?
Section titled “Why aren’t all my products in the feed?”Products may be excluded due to:
- Feed filters (collection, tags, etc.)
- Out of stock (if “in stock only” is set)
- Validation failures
- Sync not complete
Can I customize products differently for each platform?
Section titled “Can I customize products differently for each platform?”Yes. Create separate feeds for each platform with different settings and customizations.
What’s variant-level customization?
Section titled “What’s variant-level customization?”Unlike most apps that only customize at the product level, Feedy McFeed Feed lets you set different titles, descriptions, and attributes for each variant (size, color, etc.).
AI Features

How many AI credits do I get?

Can I buy more AI credits?
Section titled “Can I buy more AI credits?”Yes. Purchase additional credits in Settings > Billing. Purchased credits never expire.
Google Merchant Center
Section titled “Google Merchant Center”Do I need GMC to use Feedy McFeed Feed?
Section titled “Do I need GMC to use Feedy McFeed Feed?”No. You can generate feeds without connecting GMC. The connection enables status syncing and performance tracking.
How do I get my products into GMC?
Section titled “How do I get my products into GMC?”Two options:
- Feed URL (recommended): Add your Feedy McFeed Feed URL to GMC’s scheduled fetch
- Direct upload: Push products via API (requires GMC connection)
Why are my products disapproved?
Section titled “Why are my products disapproved?”Common reasons:
- Missing identifiers (GTIN, brand, MPN)
- Price mismatch between feed and website
- Image issues
- Policy violations

Data & Security
Section titled “Data & Security”Is my data secure?
Section titled “Is my data secure?”Yes. We use:
- AES-256 encryption for GMC credentials
- Secure HTTPS for all connections
- No passwords stored (OAuth only)
- Regular security audits
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Section titled “What happens to my data if I uninstall?”Data is retained for 30 days after uninstall. Reinstall within 30 days to restore. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
Do you sell or share my data?
Section titled “Do you sell or share my data?”No. Your data is never sold or shared. We only access what’s needed to provide the service.
Multi-Language & Multi-Currency
Section titled “Multi-Language & Multi-Currency”Does Feedy McFeed Feed support multiple languages?
Section titled “Does Feedy McFeed Feed support multiple languages?”Yes. Create separate feeds for each language, configure the language setting, and submit to appropriate regional GMC accounts.
Does Feedy McFeed Feed support Shopify Markets?
Section titled “Does Feedy McFeed Feed support Shopify Markets?”Yes. When using Shopify Markets, Feedy McFeed Feed can pull prices in different currencies for regional feeds.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Is there a free trial?
Section titled “Is there a free trial?”Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Section titled “Can I cancel anytime?”Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime in Settings > Billing.
How is billing handled?
Section titled “How is billing handled?”Billing goes through Shopify and appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
What payment methods are accepted?
Section titled “What payment methods are accepted?”Whatever payment method you have on file with Shopify (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Can I use Feedy McFeed Feed with Shopify Plus?
