AI Features Not Working
When AI features don’t work as expected, this guide helps you identify and fix the issue.
Common AI Issues

- No products selected
- No AI credits remaining
- Feature not available on plan
Fix:
- Select at least one product
- Check AI credit balance
- Upgrade plan if needed
”No credits remaining”
Section titled “”No credits remaining””Cause: Monthly credits exhausted
Fix:
- Purchase additional credits
- Or wait for monthly reset
- Check usage in Settings > Billing
AI Not Generating Results

- API service temporarily unavailable
- Product data insufficient
- Network issues
Fix:
- Wait a few minutes and retry
- Check product has title and description
- Verify internet connection
Credit Issues

- View usage history in Settings > Usage
- Each product × operation = credits
- Bulk operations use more credits
Credits Not Resetting

Running Out Quickly

- Add product type and category
