AI Features Not Working

When AI features don’t work as expected, this guide helps you identify and fix the issue.

Causes:

  • No products selected
  • No AI credits remaining
  • Feature not available on plan

Fix:

  1. Select at least one product
  2. Check AI credit balance
  3. Upgrade plan if needed

Cause: Monthly credits exhausted

Fix:

  1. Purchase additional credits
  2. Or wait for monthly reset
  3. Check usage in Settings > Billing

Causes:

  • API service temporarily unavailable
  • Product data insufficient
  • Network issues

Fix:

  1. Wait a few minutes and retry
  2. Check product has title and description
  3. Verify internet connection

Check:

  • View usage history in Settings > Usage
  • Each product × operation = credits
  • Bulk operations use more credits
